About this Project

This was a bespoke custom build house we undertook with Town And County Builders. This project was a one of a kind build that came up really well.

A unique element was the owner’s request to not have any downlights within the house. As a solution, we used a combination of LED strip configurations hidden in the blind pelmets and recessed linear strips through the ceilings; all of which were automated with Control4.

This project also had automated blinds through out, multiple audio video rooms, smart lighting and high end security.
